Cold weather makes us need a warm body temperature. Some people use the material as an alternative spice that is believed to help increase the body temperature.

Besides being able to warm the body, spices also improve blood circulation function, or remove the excess water in the body. The herb has a variety of types that have properties and benefits of each to the body.

Keep in mind, there are five types of herbs that are believed to have properties that can help to warm the body, namely, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and cayenne. All five have content that are beneficial to the body. As reported on NaturalNews, Monday (05/01/2015).

Cardamom

This spice comes from southern India and Sri Lanka. Cardamom contains natural cineol which can increase body temperature. Cinnamon
